1. Acceptance of Terms

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with bit86. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of promotional offers, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Service. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts and void all related transactions.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Login Credentials

Upon registration, You will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account, whether or not authorized by You. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party and to immediately notify bit86 of any unauthorized access to or use of Your account.

3.2 Account Security Measures

bit86 employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and regular security audits to protect Your account and personal information. However, You acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and bit86 cannot guarantee absolute security. You agree to take reasonable precautions to protect Your account, including using strong passwords, logging out after each session on shared devices, and avoiding accessing Your account over unsecured public WiFi networks.

3.3 Prohibited Sharing

You agree not to share Your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use Your account. Accounts are personal to the registered User and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another individual or entity. Any breach of this provision may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method selected. bit86 does not charge deposit fees, though Your payment provider may impose transaction charges beyond our control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and that You have legal authority to use the selected payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals may be requested at any time through the cashier section of Your account. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification procedures as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations. bit86 reserves the right to request documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawal requests. Standard withdrawal processing times range from twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours, with VIP members receiving priority processing.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in Your own name and matching Your verified account details. bit86 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or unverified payment methods. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by bit86 or Players. 6.2 Malfunction Voids All Pays

In the event of system malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bit86 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund stakes. All affected Players will be notified and stakes returned to their accounts. Winnings obtained as a result of system errors or malfunctions are void and will not be paid out.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and betting market. In cases of ambiguity, industry-standard betting rules apply. bit86 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds, results, or payouts. Bets placed at materially incorrect odds due to technical error may be voided at bit86's discretion. Results are determined based on official league or governing body announcements.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, fund confiscation, and permanent exclusion from the Service:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Creating multiple accounts or registering under false identities
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or play games
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any aspect of the Platform's software
• Engaging in any activity that compromises the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Platform
• Using VPNs or proxy services to disguise Your actual location (except as permitted for privacy purposes where online gambling is legal in Your true location)
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors for personal gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or bit86 staff
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform for money laundering purposes

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by bit86

bit86 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification procedures, or any other reason deemed nec essary by bit86 in its sole discretion. Upon suspension, You will be notified via email and will not be able to access Your account or place bets until the issue is resolved. In cases of permanent termination, any remaining account balance will be returned to You after deduction of any amounts owed to bit86, subject to completion of all required verification procedures.

8.2 Termination by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, You must withdraw any remaining balance in Your account. Once closed, Your account cannot be reopened, and You will be required to register a new account if You wish to use the Service in the future, subject to these Terms. Closed accounts remain subject to all obligations incurred prior to closure.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bit86 reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative fees on dormant accounts with positive balances. You will be notified via email prior to any fees being assessed. To prevent dormancy classification, log in to Your account at least once every twelve months.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While bit86 strives to maintain uninterrupted Service availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. bit86 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Service interruptions, technical failures, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit86's total liability to You for all claims arising from or related to Your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited into Your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. bit86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9.3 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible. You accept full responsibility for Your gambling activities and agree that bit86 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through use of the Service. You agree to gamble responsibly within Your means and to utilize responsible gaming tools if needed.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the bit86 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of bit86 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The bit86 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bit86.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for Your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content, nor may You reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform's software, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Complaints

If You have a complaint regarding the Service, You must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting bit86 customer support. We are committed to addressing all legitimate complaints promptly and fairly. Provide detailed information regarding the nature of Your complaint, including relevant dates, transaction IDs, and supporting documentation.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bit86 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11.3 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support, You agree to submit to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the recognized arbitration body selected by both parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

bit86 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification and prominent display on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If You do not agree to any modification, You must cease using the Service and close Your account. Continued use after changes take effect confirms Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
